In 2009-2010, under Pres. Felix Amparo, the Club partnered with John Robert Powers, a school that specializes in personality development and the performing arts. The partnership involved the enrolment of select sophomores and juniors of Heneral Pio del Pilar National High School in the school’s English Proficiency Program. The course trained students to communicate effectively and with confidence, a skill that will eventually translate to better academic performance and success in their chosen field. Under the program, the scholars were trained in such macro communication skills as writing, speaking, reading, and conversation.

Three batches of scholars were trained under the program, all of them members of the RC Makati-sponsored Interact Club.
